$115 per month
Your recurring fee is billed securely through Square Payments.
Enrollment
There’s no enrollment fee when you join for the first time.
If you cancel and choose to return later, a one-time $50 re-enrollment fee will apply.
Cancellation
No contracts. No pressure.
If Direct Primary Care isn’t the right fit, just provide a 30-day notice and we’ll handle the cancellation promptly.
